Know Mandarin (non-halal restaurant)
Know how to use PC (Excel and key system)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain stock levels to ensure inventory is properly organized, recorded, and available when required.
Apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure older stock is used or distributed first and to minimize wastage.
Source and identify new suppliers, compare prices, and evaluate suitable options to achieve better pricing and purchasing value.
