Responsibilities
About the role
We are a growing Singapore group in building construction, flooring and specialist finishes. We're looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager to own our accounts and give management a clear picture of cash, budgets and project profitability. You will report directly to the Director.
Key responsibilities
Full-set accounts for all group entities
Month-end closing, management accounts and a monthly financial health report
Project P&L and cashflow for the monthly WIP review
Quarterly GST filing; support year-end audit and tax
Monthly payroll, attendance, CPF and e-claims
Client invoicing, progress claims and collections
Verify and post AP, prepare payments and bank reconciliations
Insurance renewals and grant tracking
About you
Degree in Accountancy or ACCA (or equivalent)
5+ years of hands-on full-set accounting, including month-end closing and GST
Singapore payroll and CPF experience
Comfortable working independently in an SME
Construction or contractor accounting experience is an advantage
