Procurement Manager
Salary: $6000 - 7500
Working Hour: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Working Location: Ubi

Job Scope
Procurement Strategy Development

• Provide end-to-end support, advice and training on procurement policy, procedures, and system.
• Identify potential procurement risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions, price volatility) and develop mitigation strategies.                                                                                             
• Review and propose updates for Procurement SOPs and e-Procurement System

Supplier Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain list of approved vendors. (Demand Aggregate Contracts across multiple project site)
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions, pricing, and performance.

Contract Negotiation & Administration

• Review and update procurement t&c for goods or services purchases.
• Lead contract negotiation and supplier management process to ensure quality, value for money (pricing) for the delivery of goods or services.
• Supervise procurement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.

Budget & Cost Control

• Manage the procurement budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with overall financial goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to achieve cost reduction targets without compromising quality.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Ensure proper documentations of all procurement activities and to support internal and external audits.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead the procurement team &set clear goals and performance metrics for the procurement team.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement working experience &  in a managerial or leadership role.
