Basic Mandarin communication skills required; candidates proficient in other languages are preferred.

Have basic numeracy skills to accurately handle cash, change and electronic payments.

Familiar with basic computer skills; candidates with experience using POS System are preferred.

Meticulous, responsible and earnest in work to ensure accurate cashier transactions.

Honest and reliable with good professional ethics.

Able to work independently and possess teamwork spirit.

Prior experience in cashier or retail roles is preferred; fresh candidates are welcome to apply.

Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Possess good communication skills and service awareness, with a friendly and polite attitude.

Responsible for processing customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit cards, debit cards and other payment methods.

Proficient in operating cash register and POS System to ensure accurate transaction records.

Check the cash drawer to ensure accounts are correct and perform cash counting at the end of shift.

Answer customers’ enquiries regarding product prices, promotions and payment methods.

Keep the cashier area clean and tidy to maintain a good working environment.

Assist customers in finding products and deliver a pleasant shopping experience.

Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Monitor the security of the cashier area to prevent theft and fraud.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cashier operations.

Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
