As part of the Digital Strategy Management (DSM) team, you will work at the heart of enterprise-level digital health and artificial intelligence (AI) strategy, contributing to initiatives that have real impact on how healthcare is delivered and experienced across SingHealth.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager to provide coordination and support across strategic planning, programme governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that digital health and AI priorities are well-tracked, well-communicated, and well-supported.

What You Will Do:

You will support the development and refinement of enterprise digital health and AI strategies by conducting research, consolidating stakeholder inputs, and preparing workplans, presentations, and implementation materials, including content for key achievements and speaking engagements by the Group Chief Digital Strategy Officer and Chief Data Officer (GCDSO & CDO). Your role involves maintaining milestone, dependency, and outcome trackers for priority initiatives, ensuring that progress and follow-up actions remain visible and are reported in a timely manner to enable effective oversight.

You will coordinate stakeholder discussions and engagement sessions, prepare communication materials, consolidate feedback, and compile information on adoption and readiness to support change management activities across the organisation. You will also provide secretariat support for management meetings and digital health committees, including preparing agendas and minutes and tracking action items.

On the operational side, you will administer the division’s learning plan and budget, maintain the division’s SharePoint site - including platform configuration, access permissions, and user experience improvements - and organise orientation programmes, townhalls, site visits, and staff engagement activities to build awareness of the SingHealth Digital Strategy and strengthen team collaboration.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, project administration, business planning, or corporate support.
• Experience in healthcare, digital transformation, or technology-related environments would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and coordinate with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies concurrently.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to consolidate information into clear reports, presentations, trackers, and meeting materials.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and maintain accuracy under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint, with a willingness to learn new digital tools and keep abreast of developments in digital health and AI.
