Job Summary
You will support daily office administration and procurement activities to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing documents, and entering data accurately
Prepare and process quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, and goods received notes to support procurement and operations
Coordinate local and overseas deliveries by tracking shipments and following up on outstanding invoices and payments to ensure timely receipt
Monitor purchase orders and communicate with suppliers to confirm on-time delivery of goods
Source and evaluate suppliers to secure competitive pricing, high product quality, and reliable service
Verify supplier invoices and maintain updated supplier price lists and payment records for accurate financial tracking
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team, including performing ad-hoc duties as assigned
Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a proactive and responsible approach
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience with purchasing systems to enhance procurement efficiency
Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent educational qualification

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 6:15 pm
Working Location: Kian Teck Road
