Job Scope:

• Manage building Repair & Replacement (R&R) and maintenance projects
• Oversee projects from planning and execution through completion
• Supervise preventive maintenance works by external service partners
• Drive improvement of building facilities, equipment and infrastructure
• Manage contractors, procurement, contracts and project stakeholders
• Support facilities audits, inspections and accreditation

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
• Must have experience managing building maintenance / facilities projects
• Experience in contract and procurement management
• Healthcare or high-tech manufacturing facilities experience is an advantage
