• Full-Time: RM1,800 – RM2,200 per month
• Part-Time: RM8 – RM11 per hour

Soybean Factory Production Sdn Bhd is looking for friendly, responsible and hardworking individuals to join our growing F&B team as Full-Time or Part-Time Service Crew.

No previous F&B experience is required as training will be provided. Fresh school leavers, students and candidates who are interested in building experience in the F&B industry are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare soybean desserts, beverages and other menu items according to company SOPs.
• Prepare takeaway and delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checking.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
• Support the Outlet Supervisor with daily outlet operations.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent preferred.
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• No previous F&B experience required.
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Able to follow instructions and company SOPs.
• Able to work rotational shifts.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster.

Full-Time Position

Full-Time Service Crew will work according to the company's scheduled rotational shifts.

Part-Time Position

• Hourly rate: RM8 – RM11

• Training will be provided
