Hiring: Business Analyst | Singapore

Location: Singapore

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can translate complex legacy business logic into precise functional specifications for modern, AI-assisted development.

This is not a conventional requirements-gathering role. You should be comfortable getting into the details of existing Excel models, VBA macros, formula chains, and business rules, then documenting exactly how they work so engineering teams can rebuild them without losing critical functionality.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Reverse-engineer legacy Excel/VBA logic, formula chains, and Gross-to-Net (GTN) waterfall rules into structured functional specifications.
• Work directly with Business Planning (BP) teams and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to validate trade promotion mechanics, days-cover norms, and planning rules.
• Maintain a Feature Parity Matrix to ensure all critical legacy functionality is retained.
• Design business-realistic UAT scenarios, coordinate testing, and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Translate business processes, data relationships, and hierarchies into clear specifications for engineering teams.

What you must bring:

• Hands-on experience reverse-engineering complex Excel/VBA models or legacy spreadsheet-based business logic.
• Strong functional documentation and requirements elicitation skills.
• Working knowledge of GTN, Gross-to-Net, trade promotion planning, or S&OP processes.
• Experience designing UAT scenarios and managing business stakeholder sign-offs.
• Understanding of data entities, relationships, and hierarchies.

Additional advantages:

SQL-based data validation, Power BI, advanced Excel modelling, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), or GenAI-assisted documentation and code-parsing tools.
