We have expanded our cafe and hostel operations into Kampong Glam area recently and will like to train a new team for this location.

Job Summary

You will support daily operations of our hybrid hostel and cafe business, ensuring smooth guest check-ins, managing online travel agency relations, assisting F&B service, handling inventory, and processing billing to meet branding and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
• Coordinate with online travel agencies to maintain effective hostel booking relationships
• Support the F&B cafe team by delivering quality service alongside existing staff
• Assist in managing inventory for cafe operations to maintain stock accuracy and availability
• Process billing and cashiering tasks for both hostel and cafe transactions accurately
• Contribute to achieving branding goals and enhancing customer satisfaction through service excellence
