Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble menu items across kitchen stations (including appetizers, salads, meats, and hot dishes) according to standardized recipes.
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards across assigned workstations and personal equipment.
Follow daily kitchen task scheduling, prep work, and directions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Western kitchen setting.
Good knowledge of food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
Strong team player with effective communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with espresso machines (grinding, extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art) or basic beverage/tea preparation.
Preferred: Overseas F&B experience.
Working Hours & Benefits:
Salary: SGD $2,000 / month
Duty Meals: Provided
Working Schedule: 6 days/week, 10 hours/day
