Job scope

manages order processing, maintains and provides operational support for technology sales teams.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Order-to-Cash Workflow: Generate IT quotations, software/hardware sales orders, billing invoices, and track contract renewals.

-Maintain data hygiene, update client accounts, and record sales activities.

• Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with finance, technical pre-sales engineers, and logistics/supply chain teams to ensure smooth license provisioning or hardware delivery.

• Customer Support: Handle client inquiries regarding software specifications, license renewals, delivery tracking, and billing queries.
