• Have experience as authentic Sushi Chef by background
• At least some years working in counter of Authentic Sushi Restaurant/s in Japan
• Qualified Cooking Education from Recognised Culinary School
• Have a heart for hospitality and passionate in Profession
• Good team player in support of company philosophy and objectives
• Personable and humble to challenge for excellence in work

Job Scope

• To use technique and recipe to achieve and serve high quality food
• To execute sushi counter service in accordance to company's requirement, and to delight diners with heartwarming food and service
• To manage kitchen operation and assist in execution of cooked dishes in accordance to company's requirement
• To ensure freshness of produce received and served for the business at all times
• To ensure hygiene and cleanliness of food and kitchen operations at highest standards
• To educate diners for source and background of seasonal ingredients to enhance dining experience
• To assist with recommendation of beverage pairing for diners
• To deliver Japanese way of service (OMOTENASHI)
• To assist in Dishwashing whenever necessary
• To assist in stocktaking and inventory management
