Full Time Warehouse Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in Oriental Coffee International Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming stock, check against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas, ensuring accessibility and protection from damage.
• Monitor inventory levels and log items accurately in the inventory management system.
• Pick items from stock to fulfil customer or internal orders, ensuring correct quantities and accuracy.
• Package goods for shipping, ensuring proper labelling and secure packaging.
• Prepare and dispatch orders according to shipping schedules and customer requirements, including all required documentation.
• Follow safety procedures when handling goods, operating equipment, and working within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, keeping aisles clear and ensuring safe storage of products.
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse tasks as required.

Specifications:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs or company-specific limits), stand or walk for extended periods, and bend, twist, or reach as needed.
• Tools & Equipment: Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and inventory tracking devices or computer systems.
• Work Environment: Warehouse setting with varied temperatures (cold storage to warm areas), exposure to noise and dust, and possible weekend, evening, or holiday work during busy periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for accurate order fulfilment.
• Team-oriented and able to work under supervision to support warehouse operations.
