Job Summary

You will manage building services and facilities by conducting inspections, ensuring contract compliance, handling emergencies, coordinating meetings, and managing budgets to support effective property management and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of building services, equipment, and facilities to ensure operational integrity

Verify that service providers meet contract specifications and performance standards

Respond promptly to emergency service breakdowns to minimize disruption

Address enquiries and feedback from residents and stakeholders with effective solutions

Ensure timely renewal of all contracts, insurance policies, certificates, and licenses to maintain compliance

Coordinate and attend Council Meetings and AGMs, preparing notices, agendas, documents, and recording minutes accurately

Manage and maintain organized records and files of all correspondences and documents for easy retrieval

Monitor payment collections and manage recovery of arrears to maintain financial health

Liaise with solicitors on arrears recovery and related legal matters to support enforcement actions

Prepare budgets for Management and Sinking Funds to support financial planning and control

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in Property Management preferred

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with the ability to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel for documentation and reporting

Knowledge of smart estate applications and digital payment platforms preferred

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents and teams

Positive work attitude demonstrating responsiveness and constructive communication

• Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs and overseas graduates seeking career opportunities in Singapore
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Foreign candidates requiring a work pass must meet applicable MOM requirements and the company's hiring eligibility.
