Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and professional facial treatments while managing sales, marketing, and e-commerce operations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction at Pamperinc.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service across in-store, telephone, email, and online channels to enhance customer experience and loyalty
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to confidently advise customers on skincare solutions
Perform professional facial services adhering to company standards to ensure high-quality treatment outcomes
Assess customer skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products to meet individual needs
Conduct post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business
Drive sales growth by supporting retail and facial service promotions and initiatives
Assist in marketing activities including promotions, social media content creation, and livestream hosting to increase brand visibility
Manage e-commerce front-end and back-end operations, including online order fulfilment, to ensure smooth customer transactions
Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to achieving sales targets
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and timely replenishment
Process sales orders, invoicing, and perform related administrative tasks efficiently
Support team management and assist in staff training to build a skilled and motivated workforce
