Position Summary

We are looking for a driven IT Services Sales Executive to generate new business, develop

existing accounts, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The role will focus on selling IT

solutions and services, including IT support, maintenance, managed services, and related

technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has a technical background or good understanding of IT solutions and

services, combined with strong sales, communication, and client relationship skills.

Experience handling enterprise accounts, particularly in banking, financial services, utilities,

or other regulated industries, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities for IT products, solutions and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Promote IT support, maintenance, managed services and ITSM solutions, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions, and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Coordinate with technical, presales and delivery teams to ensure effective service delivery, customer satisfaction and follow-up.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in IT products, solutions or services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Able to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Technical background or knowledge of IT solutions, infrastructure, IT support, managed services, or ITSM is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise accounts and knowledge of IT solutions or services are added advantages.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
