Full Time Lead Specialist, GIPS Operations – Private Assets Services Jobs, Salary up to MYR 13,000 in Technology Bucket (M) Federal Territory - Maukerja

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Management of data collection from GPs via eFront to create and maintain periodical data points, like estimated NAVs, FATCA, Custom Real Estate, fund and underlying portfolio etc. from General Partners (“GP”).

· Execution of periodical campaigns, including submission tracking and follow-up with GPs to ensure data completeness within the deadline.

· Onboarding new inhouse funds or new external funds into eFront Invest.

· Update data points in eFront Invest upon receipt of information from GPs in a timely manner.

· Review and validate the capital activities (including calls and distribution notices) and Cas processed by IDS team, in accordance with the defined workflow in eFront Invest.

· Review monthly pricing files shared by external Fund Administrator.

· Monitoring vendors work within eFront Invest.

· Raise discrepancies in regular checks and resolve with vendor(s).

· Ensure vendor(s) has completed the transaction bookings in a timely manner, periodical GP reports are saved in eFront Invest.

· Setup new investment fund portal access to ensure timely receipt of GPs notices, reports, financial statements etc.

· GPs notices, reports, financial statements etc.

· Contribute to ad-hoc projects as and when required.

· Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational requirements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance or related disciplines.

· At least 10 years’ investment operations work experience in an asset manager/fund administrator, preferably in private assets.

· Good understanding of private assets reporting, such as capital account statements, capital call/distribution notice, etc.

· Knowledge of how fund vehicles such as Limited Partner /Variable Capital Company operate is an advantage.

· Experience in eFront and Aladdin applications is an added advantage.

· Adherence to AIA policies and procedures to ensure good data quality in the private asset dashboard.

· Good inter-personal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Able to understand the complete end to end Private Assets process and later contribute to process improvements.

· Knowledge of how fund vehicles such as Limited Partner/Variable Capital Company operate is an advantage.

· Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

· Team orientated, dedicated and open-minded working attitude.

· Strong application in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
