Requirement
Minimum 1 year of experience in building construction.
Willing to relocate outstation.
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in supervising site activities and managing workers and subcontractors.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Locations:
Springhill, Port Dickson
USJ Heights, Subang Jaya
Pudu, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities
Supervise daily architectural construction activities on site.
Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Monitor workmanship, materials and overall work progress.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate site records.
Ensure good housekeeping, workplace safety and quality standards are maintained.
