Technician – Shopping Mall / Building Maintenance
Salary: Up to S$2,400 monthly | Singapore

Our client, a retail property management company, is seeking a hands-on Technician to support building maintenance and keep mall facilities operating safely and reliably.

This opportunity offers exposure to commercial building systems and the practical challenges of maintaining a busy retail property.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance and general building repairs.

• Troubleshoot faults involving electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and other building services.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report defects requiring further attention.

• Assist with monitoring servicing and repair works carried out by contractors.

• Maintain maintenance records and follow workplace safety procedures.

• Support the operations team in attending to building incidents and technical issues.

Requirements

• Relevant technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience in building maintenance or facilities servicing.

• Able to troubleshoot faults and use tools safely.

• Responsible, proactive and comfortable working with colleagues and contractors.

• Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings or hospitality properties would be an advantage.
