About the job
We’re seeking a Youth Development Executive who is passionate about making a real impact in education, one school at a time. In this role, you’ll partner with school leaders to shape meaningful learning experiences, crafting strategic solutions that drive growth and inspire confidence in young people. You will lead strategic partnerships with schools, consulting educators to identify needs, co‑creating tailored interventions, and evaluating outcomes to strengthen youth development.
We’re looking for someone driven, curious, and ready to take on the challenge of guiding schools through thoughtful consultancy and impactful learning journeys
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who’s creative, analytical, and adaptable—able to spot gaps, design smart solutions, and thrive in dynamic environments. You’re a strong communicator with solid business instincts, driven to deliver results while building trust and managing relationships with ease.
Responsibilities
Develop school partnerships by identifying collaboration opportunities, nurturing long‑term relationships, and presenting tailored learning solutions that spark interest and engagement.
Consult with educators and school leaders to diagnose developmental needs, co‑create customised strategies, and design sustainable roadmaps aligned with MOE frameworks.
Collaborate across teams including curriculum specialists, stakeholders, and partners to ensure programmes are impactful, smoothly executed, and aligned with organisational goals.
Evaluate programme outcomes by analysing feedback, assessments, and reports, then refining approaches to strengthen youth development and learning effectiveness.
Drive product innovation by monitoring market trends, contributing fresh ideas for new services, and supporting the Director of Strategic Development in programme design.
Manage training operations including trainer scheduling, logistics preparation, report compilation, and inventory maintenance to ensure seamless delivery.
Achieve sales and client success by meeting individual and team targets, fostering strong client relationships, and building sustainable partnerships with schools and vendors.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or Communications.
Prior sales experience is an advantage, though fresh graduates with the right mindset are welcome.
Ability to connect performance gaps with effective learning solutions and interventions.
Strong skills in diagnosing challenges and proposing practical strategies.
Highly adaptable to different environments, with excellent interpersonal, change management, and communication abilities.
Results‑oriented, able to manage multiple stakeholders, build strong relationships, and develop robust networks.
Comfortable working across diverse venues and client sites, with regular interaction in digital systems
