Full Time Accounting Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 11,000 in Kistler Instruments Pte Ltd - Maukerja

1. Daily Finance and General Ledger Management:

• Oversee the General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), fixed assets, and cash flow management.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes; prepare monthly/annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement).

2. Compliance and Taxation:

• Manage local tax filings in Singapore—including Corporate Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and withholding tax—ensuring full compliance with the regulations of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and the company secretary to facilitate annual audits and compliance reviews.

3. Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis:

• Assist management in developing annual budgets and cost-control strategies.
• Conduct regular variance analysis (actual vs. budget) to provide management with financial insights and support for decision-making.

4. Internal Controls and Process Optimization:

• Establish, refine, and implement internal financial controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Drive the automation of financial processes and the optimization/upgrading of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).

5. Team Management and Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor team members (accounting staff/senior accountants), assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain close communication with business and operations teams, as well as the head office or overseas branches, to coordinate cross-border or cross-departmental financial matters.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
