Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Financial Operations
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
Financial Reporting
Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
Treasury and Cash Management
Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances.
Maintain records of fixed assets and capital expenditure.
Compliance and Audit Support
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and requested documents.
Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
Administrative Support
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
Assist in maintaining vendor and customer master data.
Support ad-hoc projects and finance process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
1-3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
