Full Time Accounts Payable Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Unitylink Services & Agency Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working hours: 

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM;

• Alternate Saturday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

• Verify invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents.

• Prepare payment vouchers and process payments.

• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper filing.

• Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
