Full Time Production Manager (Manufacturing) – Seri Kembangan Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,500 in Career Horizons Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in production or operations management, preferably in metal fabrication.

Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems.

Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.

Develop and monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce planning.

Implement and maintain quality assurance and workplace safety standards, including ISO and OSHA requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing and process optimization.

Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular management reports.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
