Requirements
Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Assist doctors and nurses with patient care and examinations.
Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Handle patient registration and billing procedures.
Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Provide administrative support, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
