Full Time Casual Mall Leasing Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,200 in HR Property Developer Melaka - Maukerja

Job Description:

• End-to-End Casual Mall Leasing Process: Follow through on the CML lifecycle and ensure all tenancy matters are handled with high professionalism.
• Tenant Sourcing & Closing: Proactively conduct market research to identify market trends, approach suitable retail brands, initiate discussions, arrange meetings, and finalize all commercial and tenancy terms with help and guidance from senior/superior.
• Relationship Management: Actively maintain excellent, trust-based relationships with retailers.
• Lease Administration & Paperwork: Oversee essential lease administration tasks, including the timely issuance of Letters of Offer (LO) and other binding legal documents.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Support and assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum 1 year of direct work experience specifically in CML or event.
• A positive attitude, strong commercial acumen, and an excellent work ethic

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
