Full Time Maintenance Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in FS Compressor (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• At least 3–4 years of working experience in a related engineering field is required for this position.

• Required skills: Mechanical systems / Rotating equipment / Industrial machinery maintenance and repair.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any technical or engineering field.

• Preferably Executive level in Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.

• Possess a valid driving license. Ability to operate a forklift is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is an advantage. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ERP experience is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey technical information clearly.

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and sound technical judgement.

• Based in Shah Alam and required to travel across Malaysia to support service team, distribution channels, and end customers.

• Conduct and provide assistance in field service activities for various types of air compressors, including start-ups, overhauls/repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to channel partners and customers across Malaysia under the guidance of senior engineers or technical advisors from international

• Follow up on customers’ warranty claims and provide support in resolving issues and/or recommending suitable solutions.

• Assist in scheduling and completing service and maintenance plans.

• Assist in conducting training programs for customers and channel partners.

• Prepare technical reports related to compressor systems and provide feedback to other departments, as well as assist in implementing improvement initiatives.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
