YOUR ROLE
The candidate will be part of the DTIT team, providing application testing, qualification and support services in the Back-end MES portfolio.

YOUR ROLE
The candidate will be part of the DTIT team, providing application testing, qualification and support services in the Back-end MES portfolio.
- Provide Software testing and qualification support and services for in-house developed application/software releases
- Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations of MES Solution and Integrations deployed at Back-end Manufacturing sites, maintaining 24x7 availability as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- The role involves resolving user-reported incidents by analyzing or debugging business cases against application behavior.
- The candidate will deploy workarounds to restore the application services in collaboration with relevant IT support teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and in-house applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Willingness to provide 24/7 support rotation with other team members
- Experience with Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems
- Experience in database querying (MSSQL, Oracle, MariaDB)
- Experience with web-based applications
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in semiconductor MES, manufacturing WIP transactions, management, and integration systems/applications
- Experience with AMAT FactoryWorks MES solutions or equalivalent solutions
