Full Time Industrial Engineer Jobs, in UTAC - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve the Capacity Model to support end-to-end manufacturing operations
• Establish UPH standards to support capacity planning and product costing analysis
• Analyze capacity requirements in response to loading forecasts, periodically
• Establish manning ratios and perform headcount optimization studies
• Plan, design, and coordinate the execution of layout projects
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and Finance teams on capacity and CAPEX requirements
• Establish material usage standards for costing analysis
• Conduct machine manning ratio and headcount studies
• Work on productivity improvement projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• 1 years of relevant experience preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
