Full Time Assistant HR Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in OCK SETIA ENGINEERING SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide all HR deliverables effectively, accurately and timely with primary responsibility for recruitment and overseeing payroll administration.
• Ensure recruitment exercise that meets business requirements in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop, implement and execute an Onboarding Programme to help new recruits quickly assimilate into the workplace.
• Preparing and presenting relevant reports for informed and timely decisions by the Management.
• To work closely with line managers in planning and managing employee engagement and welfare activities to establish a positive employer-employee relationship.
• Carrying out other necessary administrative duties.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years experience in human resources or related field.
• Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and best practices in HR.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications including MS Teams.
• Good communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
