Full Time Service Advisor, Service Department (ProAuto_Sungai Long) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in ProAuto Drive Selangor - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and obtain accurate vehicle information.
• Understand and address customers’ vehicle concerns by listening actively and providing clear explanations of repair recommendations.
• Prepare repair estimates, provide expected completion times, obtain customer approval for additional repairs, and process payments.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure vehicles are completed and ready for collection within the promised timeframe.
• Conduct thorough quality checks before vehicles are returned to customers.
• Follow up with customers on major repairs, parts back-orders, and service-related matters to ensure timely updates.
• Participate in special service campaigns, Fix-It-Right programmes, and customer follow-up activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high grooming standards at all times.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the management or superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SKM Level II, Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with relevant automotive/service centre experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional appearance.
• A team player with good initiative and a positive attitude towards learning.
• Possess own transportation and a valid Class D driving licence.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant working experience.
• Willing to work at Sungai Long, Kajang

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
