Job Overview

We are looking for an Online Seller to manage daily operations across online shopping platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.

• Upload and update product listings, prices, promotions and stock information.

• Process online orders and ensure orders are handled accurately and on time.

• Reply to customer enquiries and provide good customer service.

• Monitor online store performance, promotions and platform activities.

• Assist in planning and setting up online campaigns and promotions.

• Maintain accurate product and sales information across all online platforms.

• Able to handle daily tasks independently and solve basic issues when required.
