Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, in KL-Kepong Rubber Products Perak - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising Production Staff includes assigning tasks, managing schedules, providing training, and addressing performance issues.
• Monitoring Production Processes by ensuring that production runs smoothly, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or issues that may arise.
• Quality Control by enforcing quality standards, inspecting products, and ensuring that they meet company specifications.
• Safety Compliance to ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the workplace is safe for all employees.
• Resource Management to ensure that the necessary materials and equipment are available and in good working order.
• Reporting by preparing reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating with management.
• Process Improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall production process.
• Oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage and motivate production staff, monitor workflow, and address any issues that arise during the production process.
• Responsible for meeting production targets and maintaining a smooth, safe, and cost-effective production environment.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any related areas.
• More than 2 years progressive experiences in glove manufacturing preferably in supervisory role.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills at all level.
• Good integrity, networking, committed, independent, time management & problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in MS Word i.e MS Excel, Powerpoint and others.
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work in Ipoh, Perak.
