Responsibilities
Procurement Executive
Salary: $3,500
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Location: Bugis
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers for IT hardware, equipment and related services.
Obtain and compare quotations, pricing, specifications and delivery terms.
Negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms with suppliers.
Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Build good relationships with suppliers and resolve delivery or product-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Basic knowledge of IT hardware, products and services is an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
