Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Debt Collector to manage overdue accounts and recover outstanding payments while maintaining professional and respectful relationships with customers. This role offers a competitive base salary plus attractive commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, and messaging to follow up on overdue payments
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlement agreements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and payment arrangements
• Monitor assigned accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases when necessary
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in debt collection, credit control, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging conversations in a professional manner
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
• High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
• SPM
