Full Time Staff Nurse- Senior Staff Nurse Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Cengild G.I. Medical Centre Federal Territory - Maukerja

Daily Routine

• Management of department to ensure efficient and effective daily operational activities.
• Planning and managing of patient care in the department to fulfill and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Providing safe, effective and quality nursing services to customers to ensure best clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and guidance towards junior nurses / carer to ensure continuity and high standard of nursing care is provided at all times.
• Perform assessment, identify patients problems, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Monitor, record symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, report patients' medical information and vital signs to person incharge.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition.
• Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
• Direct and supervise less skilled nursing/health care personnel, or supervise a particular unit on one shift.
• Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments.
• Assess the needs of individuals, families and/or communities, including assessment of individuals' home and/or work environments to identify potential health or safety problems.
• Instruct individuals, families and other groups on topics such as health education, disease prevention to develop health improvement programs.

Other Requirements :

• Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board
• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate
