Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.

Proficiency in AL language, C/AL, and the Business Central development environment.

Strong understanding of Business Central's architecture, modules, and functionalities.

Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools for Business Central.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations between Business Central and other systems.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of developed solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity within Business Central.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
