Full Time Purchasing Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Leecheesin Contract Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Prepare, issue, and track orders, ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse and various project sites.
• Review the quality of purchased materials.
• Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases/software.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and driver to ensure proper storage and delivery.
• Perform any other duties associated with your position as deemed necessary from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Certificate/Diploma/Graduate, preferably in related fields, i.e. procurement, logistic, business admin, accounting, etc.
• Preferably with proven work experience as a Purchasing Executive/ Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with purchasing and stock modules of accounting or ERP software is a plus
• Experience in construction industry is an added advantage
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skills(s): Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, Purchasing and Stock Modules of Accounting Software, preferably SQL Accounting Software
• Preferably with 2-4 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduate with relevant degree, i.e. business admin, procurement, logistic, supply chain management, etc. will be considered

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
