Job description

·      System Engineer (MS Exchange) responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Exchange environments (On-Premises & Exchange Online). 

·      The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable email services, hybrid Exchange administration, troubleshooting, automation through PowerShell, security compliance, and business continuity. 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Administer, configure, maintain, and upgrade Microsoft Exchange Server environments. 

·      Manage user mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes. 

·      Support and maintain Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange deployments. 

·      Monitor Exchange performance, capacity, availability, and system health.

·       Troubleshoot email delivery, mailbox, connectivity, and infrastructure issues. 

·      Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. 

·      Enforce email security, compliance, and data protection policies. Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell scripting. 

·      Conduct security audits, patch management, and vulnerability remediation. 

·      Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system architecture. 

·      Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams on integrations and projects. 

·      Support Exchange migrations, upgrades, and cloud adoption initiatives.
