Full Time F-B Outlet Manager (Klang Valley) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Headhunter Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth business operations.
• Supervise, train, and manage outlet staff.
• Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Monitor sales, stock levels, and operational costs.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
• Achieve sales targets and improve outlet performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of outlet operations and inventory management.
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley, if required.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
