Full Time Assistant MEP Project Manager Jobs, in Currie & Brown - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders on MEP-related activities.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, and technical documentation.
• Support project scheduling, resource planning, and tracking of project milestones.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Monitor testing & commissioning activities and support system handover processes.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in managing project risks, variations, and change requests.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience in MEP project delivery, preferably within commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and manage multiple priorities.
