Full Time Project Manager - Commissioning Manager Jobs, in EMS Design & Consultation Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Management / Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning for data centres and other mission-critical facilities.

The successful candidate will manage project activities, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure the systems are properly installed, tested, commissioned, and handed over according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage equipment from installation to testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure the systems, including chillers, chilled-water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, and BMS controls, meet the tagging requirements.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.

• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and commissioning performance.

• Prepare commissioning reports and ensure smooth project handover.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management or commissioning.

• Experience in data centres or other mission-critical facilities is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, testing, and commissioning.

• Good project management, leadership, and communication skills.

• Able to coordinate multiple teams and meet project deadlines.

• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.

• Open to Malaysian applicants only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data centre cooling systems and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).

• PMP, ASHRAE, NEBB, or relevant commissioning certifications are an advantage.
