About the team

Reporting to Head of Global Catalog & OE Data, the incumbent Drive governance, operational excellence, and product data quality for global OE and Catalog operations by standardizing processes, improving operational performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for OE data research & Catalog operations.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Develop and manage process documentation, ensuring global process consistency and compliance.
• Define and monitor product data quality standards, KPIs, audits, and improvement plans to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners to resolve issues, provide performance insights, and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process management, catalog management, or product/master data management.
• Experience in global or regional shared services environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, product data management tools, and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of OE & Catalog data governance principles, automotive industry, and IAM products.
• Experience with process management and workflow tools.
