• Minimum requirement: At least 1-2 years in F&B as Senior Server or Captain roles

Working experience:

• 1. Experience both service and supervisory roles at Bistro and Bar outlets.

• 2. Prior work in multicultural environments.

• 3. Food safety knowledge

Skills Required

• 1. Ability to guide and motivate service teams.

• 2. Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

• 3. Familiarity with SOPs, service flow and quality control.

• 4. Clear and professional interaction with guests and staff.

• 5. POS systems, reservation platforms and reporting tools.

• 6. Ensure accuracy in service and compliance.

• 1. Oversee waitstaff and ensure timely, courteous service.

• 2. Greet guests, manage reservations and resolve complaints.

• 3. Assign tables, monitor performance and support training.

• 4. Ensure correct order taking and communication with kitchen.

• 5. Monitor dining supplies and report shortages.

• 6. Maintain hygiene and enforce food safety standards.

• 7. Assist in shift reports, sales tracking and feedback collection.
