Professional and able to represent the brand responsibly.

Previous live-stream sales experience is an advantage.

Knowledge of banking, fintech, or personal finance is an advantage.

Portfolio or sample of previous video/live-stream work is preferred

Host scheduled TikTok Live sessions and actively engage with viewers.

Introduce and explain banking products, digital banking features, credit cards, savings accounts, loans, and other services.

Respond to live comments and questions professionally.

Encourage viewers to take action and generate conversions during live sessions.

Present financial information in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand way.

Work with the marketing team on live-stream concepts, promotions, and content.

Follow all provided banking and compliance guidelines during live sessions.

Review live-stream performance and improve future sessions based on engagement and results.
