Job Description:

Job Requirements:

• Passionate and motivated about fitness, workouts, and healthy lifestyle.

• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and training methods.

• Enjoy working with people and helping others achieve their goals.

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.

• Personal Trainer certification is an advantage.

• Sales experience is an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in fitness are welcome to apply.

• Willing to work on shifts and weekends according to schedule.

• Potential earnings up to RM9,000 - RM12,000+ per month including commission for top performers.

Working Days:
6 Days per week (1 Weekend Off)

Working Shifts:

• Morning Shift

• Afternoon Shift

• Evening Shift

• Conduct fitness consultations, understand members’ goals, and create personalized workout plans.

• Guide and assist members with proper exercise techniques and workout routines.

• Provide support and motivation to members during their fitness journey.

• Promote and sell personal training packages to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Assist in gym floor operations and ensure a positive member experience.

• Support marketing promotions, member engagement, and retention activities.

• Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service.
