Full Time Production Assistant - Goodnite Bedframe Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Goodnite Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Able to assist with production planning and scheduling.

Production Planning & Coordination

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure production targets are achieved.

• Monitor production progress and communicate any scheduling issues to relevant departments.

• Download and maintain production scan records for tracking and reporting purposes.

Data Entry & System Updates

• Key in piece-rate worker production data accurately and on time.

• Update consignment return records in the system.

• Update Coway balance records and ensure data accuracy.

• Maintain and update relevant production and inventory databases.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Check and monitor stock frame balances to ensure sufficient inventory levels.

• Verify and record stock received from suppliers or the warehouse.

• Assist in monitoring inventory movement and stock reconciliation.

Logistics & Reporting

• Prepare and submit monthly logistics reports.

• Download delivery scanner records and maintain delivery tracking documentation.

• Print and distribute Delivery Order Receipt (DOR) reports as required.

Sales & Delivery Support

• Serve as backup personnel for sales order entry.

• Serve as backup personnel for opening and processing Delivery Orders (DO).

• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

Documentation & Administrative Support

• Assist with backup printing of product labels and barcodes.

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of production, inventory, and logistics records.

• Support other production and operational administrative tasks as assigned.
