After Internship able to work Full-Time

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

Familiar with Canva, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CapCut (video editing)

Basic knowledge of HR functions or strong interest in the HR field

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and willing to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

PLUS - Mandarin-speaking (spoken and written) – able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates or stakeholders

Assist the HR team with daily human resources operations and administrative tasks

Support recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination

Prepare and update HR documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Design basic HR-related materials (e.g. onboarding slides, internal posters) using Canva

Assist with simple video editing for employer branding or internal communication using CapCut

Maintain and update employee records accurately

Support HR projects, events, and onboarding activities

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team
