Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant service crew or F&B experience.

  • Able to communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues.

  • Customer-service oriented with professional presentation.

  • Responsible, hardworking and willing to support daily outlet operations.

  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays according to the roster.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers.

  • Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with daily bar and outlet operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area.

  • Attend to customer requests and provide appropriate assistance.

  • Perform other operational duties as assigned.
